The CEO of our client will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership
for the company with a focus on Marketing and Sales. Working with executives, management peers, and colleagues throughout the organization, the CEO will establish short and long-term growth goals for the business while creating a high-performance culture. Our client is specifically seeking individuals with an extremely effective capacity to revitalize the environment within companies, lead the big-picture strategic initiatives while also paying attention to and managing the nuances of the organization’s infrastructure and day-to-day operations.
This person will need a deep knowledge of modern marketing techniques is essential. The
individual must have proven expertise and success in digital marketing. This individual will have the primary responsibility for defining and refining our market messages which will integrate to virtually all our activities and the communications throughout the organization. As our client is a sales-focused business, building relationships between the executive team and sales department is vital.
