Job Description

Their Sales Department is in search of a hungry, experienced, and talented Mid-Market Account Executive to join the sales team.  This is a quota carrying role and you will be responsible for generating new revenue for the company. If you have a hunter mentality combined with a challenger mindset, and excel at working with C-level executives, you have the opportunity to thrive in their sales organization.  You’ll bring experience and confidence in handling discovery conversations that allow you to identify key initiatives, goals, and business objectives while also properly diagnosing current pains, challenges, and problems. This will allow you to align specific solutions that will assist prospects in overcoming key challenges and accomplish their upcoming goals and objectives by signing new customers and welcoming them into the family.  If reading this excites you, they’re interested in talking to you!
What you’ll do…
  • Share the unique company products with C-level prospects at financial institutions
  • Identify, research and connect with prospective clients within a target region
  • Develop and foster business relationships with C-level executives and other key stake-holders
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close, ensuring you deliver against key performance metrics with a strong emphasis on net new revenue generated. 
  • Guide prospective clients through detailed presentations of SaaS solutions (live and remote)
  • Attend industry events to prospect and network with clients
  • Collaborate with finance, legal and marketing to ensure a smooth and expedited process
  • Proactively keep abreast of the  industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
  • Make strategic outbound calls/emails daily
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly quotas of activity volume, pre-qualified appointments scheduled and held, new opportunities and pipeline created, and generated revenue

You’ll do it using your…
  • 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience/industry experience preferred
  • Technical proficiency
  • Awareness of the financial industry
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding new business quotas
  • Previous success in penetrating new markets and closing new business
  • Self-starter and founder’s mentality
  • Deep hunger to succeed and achieve new milestones
  • Prior success calling on company executives in a highly competitive marketplace
  • Ability to learn and process information quickly
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
